Permission Based Marketing

It is strictly prohibited to send SMS text messages to any recipient’s that have not provided permission to receive messages, this includes sending to purchased lists, list sharing or sending bulk spam messages

You must provide an opt out link in all messages and any evidence that either condition has been breached will result in the unique SMS sender number provided being removed

No refund is payable either for any advanced rental paid or any outstanding credits

Unique SMS Number Rental

Annual License Offer

If you are subscribing to any of our annual licenses the first 60 days telephone rental cost is included.

Providing you purchase a minimum of $10 in SMS credits each month the line rental is included in the annual license fee

If you don’t purchase a minimum of $10 per month in credits in the first 2 months or any subsequent month thereafter, a 12 month rental charge is payable in advance of $25 per number and this will be invoiced automatically and requires immediate payment or the number will be removed

Monthly Service

If your license is a monthly fee the line rental is included in your service fee 

Additional client Numbers

We provide additional unique SMS numbers for clients to use, and these can be requested and pre-paid in the system

US Customers

You can only send/receive SMS text messages using your number and this is the number your recipients will see when your message is delivered

UK Customers

You can send one-way messages using a unique sender ID which is what your recipients see in the from field when your message is delivered

2-way messages are sent/received using your approved telephone number

The sender ID is unique and can be a maximum of 11 letters

Australian Customers

Due to recent legislation we need to provide proof of address for all sender telephone numbers

Please request your number following the process below and please send the following information to our email account, support@dhmdigital.net

Copy of Passport or ID

Full address

Proof of address, recent utility bill within 6 months

We can confirm this information will be strictly confidential and once our telecoms provider accepts this and validates the number the information will be destroyed

Please ensure you send the above information ASAP, we cannot release the number until we provide the details and the number is approved and released by our supplier

Refund Policy

We provide 2 support desks to contact us for any issues.  You can find a link in the footer of our websites for general support and in each of our apps, we also provide a technical support desk link

 If you want a refund for your purchase only, please contact us with your request using our support desk to ensure a speedy response and 100% of all refund requests within 14 days of the date of purchase will be honoured, claims outside of 14 days will not be accepted

We will process the refund back to the payment method used within 24 hours during normal business hours

Please Note

No refunds are due for any SMS credits in any circumstances because we must pre-pay with our provider to get the best rates.  If in any doubt, please make a small first purchase to test the system fully before making a bigger investment

BOGOF Credits

If you have a buy one get one free offer as part of your purchase, you can make up to 2 purchases within 7 days and both purchases get the matched bonus up to the offer total

If you have any set up issues outside of the 14 days this is not an acceptable reason to request a refund and we provide outstanding support to help with any set up questions or issues

We feel 14 days is a very reasonable period for you to set up and put the app to use or request a refund and this sale is based on you accepting this refund clause

 If you have any concerns that 14 days is not long enough for you to set up and use the app, please make sure you request a refund within 14 days following the procedure above
